During this three-hour hands-on workshop, you will work on a small wood piece that you bring into the shop, receiving guidance and encouragement with technique. You need to be able to carry it in by yourself. We have limited space for larger items and we want you to be able to complete it in three hours. Examples: mirror, large picture frame, night stand, side table, piano bench, wall shelf, stool, lamp, etc. (No chairs as they are very time consuming to paint and wax. No metal as the drying time takes longer than wood.) The workshop includes $56 in supplies. (Supplies include: a 4 oz paint sample pot, a 4 oz can of clear wax, and a small paint brush that you will keep.) If you run out of time or products to complete your project, additional time and product can be purchased. ($40 will be charged for any additional hour.)
